  • Should we present this by video? We'll start by introducing "Health" topic first!
  • The increase use of online services can cause repetitive strain injury (RSI). It is often caused by computer users having their arms and wrists at awakard angles when working at the computer
  • To prevent having RSI, ergonomic keyboard are there to help your wrist to type at the neutral position.
  • Upper back and neck problem are often caused by bad positioning of a computer screen or bad lighting. Visual problem such as eye strain and eye irritation are often caused by glare from the screen
  • To prevent this health problem, Seating should be height adjustable. For visual problems, adjusting your own computer settings such as brightness can help.
  • To prevent accidents happened, we have to place cables inside cable ducts, or under the carpet / flooring! We should keep drinks and food away from computers. Also,Never plug too many cables into a socket. Always make sure there are fire extinguishers nearby. And lastly, Make sure equipment is placed on strong tables / shelves
  • Many safety problem are caused by the use of a large number of computers!
