What am i forgetting!?!?
Ohhh!!! I just remembered, we have a chemistry test today!!!
What is it on!?!?
Don't you know it's cations?!?
What is that??? Can you teach me???
Oh ok.So how exactly do they react with diffrent substances
So basically, cations are positively charged ions, they react differently with different substances
Ok so, Ammonium after reacting with NaOH forms ammonia, on warming, turns litmus paper from red to blue. Also ammonium doesn't react with NH4OH
Also, Ferris, which is Iron, when mixed with NaOH makes a red-brown precipitate, it is insoluble in excess. And when it is mixed with NH4OH it also creates a Red-brown Precipitate, it is insoluble in excess
