Billy and the Landlady are important characters because the landlady is a serial killer and Billy is the victim.
Setting: London and Bed & Breakfast The conflict is Billy not knowing that the landlady will stuff him.
The first example of rising action was when the landlady open the door insantly after Billy presses the doorbell. The second example was when Billy enters the Bed and Breakfast and notices he was the only one there. the thrid example is wen illy tries to ask the landlady about the other two guy that were there before him but the landlady keeps stopping him.
