  • STAMP DUTY EXEMPTION
  • Change Map has been updated to provide an overview of activity until July next year. There is a lot of activity that is slated for the next 4-5 months and a need to carefully review, plan and package change where possible. • HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!
  • I have updated the executive change map to include a heat map. The Employee heat map shows that there is an extreme impact level to employee for August and September moving into a medium level impact through October and November. The channel most impacted is retail due to Retail strategy initiatives.
  • I had a catch up with Jim Mitropoulos who is from Product Development and Delivery. From this early discussion i have some big concerns from a business performance perspective of impacts to first call resolution. There will be mitigation plans put in place which should help this as well as promote digital migration.
  • Thank you For the beautiful Birthday wishes and Gift.
