Introduce Bonus Program as our end result/final goal of this exercise. Reinforce some of the items Brent just addressed. Values & Vision. Discuss the survey they will be taking after this video and how their feedback will be helping us structure the bonus program and company values.
Review results from Oct Survey visually /verbally with question and results on screen.
Define Value Proposition: The promise of value to be delivered and the belief from the customer that value will be experienced.
We are looking to take this a step further, (visually incorporate the values list we finalize). Listen to what some of our customers are already saying. (Utilize different leaders from throughout the org and have them read about 5 testimonials. After that, pose the question: 1. What are we doing that keeps customers coming back? 2. Give an example of a problem we solve for our customers.
Give multiple examples of how Luekens contributes to the community. Have different voices read testimonials from Foodshelf, B&G Club, Safe School, etc. Showcase more logos visually on-screen for orgs we donate too.
Internal Success Stories. Summarize what being part of the Luekens ESOP has to offer individually, and how it can provide growth opportunities. Reiterate how much it has grown over the last two years and the key to our continued success is to diversify.
