  • And that is the story of the Golden Fleece.
  • ZZZZZZ...
  • But-but-you haven't even taught me how to use a sword!
  • How can you prove that you are the heir to the throne?
  • I-I
  • Dear, we should not interfere with the destinies of mortals
  • Chiron, a centaur that trains heroes, has finished telling Jason, a young prince, the story of the Golden Fleece. A story about Phrixus, Jason's relative.
  • Why should this hero not receive the help of Olympus?
  • Chiron sends Jason back to his kingdom to overthrow his evil cousin,  Pelias, so he could rightfully claim his crown and title as king. But Jason does not think he's ready because Chiron never taught him how to fight.
  • There's still a long way to go but look at all my help! Suddenly, it doesn't seem so possible.
  • Upon returning, Pelias challenges Jason to prove himself that he is his cousin and his uncle's son.. And does so by tempting him that he go and bring back the Golden Fleece back to Greece.
  • Farewell.
  • Hera, Queen of the Gods, makes the decision to help Jason on his voyage and sends Iris, the Rainbow Goddess, to deliver a message to Jason that Hera would send a ship and some people to aid him.
  • Jason gains the help of Atalanta, Orpheus, and Heracles. He realizes that them in his aid will help him on his voyage.
  • With the help of his loyal crew, Jason sets out and begins his voyage for the Golden Fleece.
