  • Dean is under great stress as he needs help with milk, yoghurt, cheese and their alternatives, Dean then bumps into he close friend Brad who he hopes will be able to help him with his issue.

  • Hey Brad hows it going?
  • Not bad just came down to get some food, what are you doing?
  • Dean is thinking of adding milk,yoghurt, cheese and the alternatives into his diet but he is unaware of what key essentials and nutrients they provide his body so due to this he asks his close friend Brad to help him out and Brad gladly excepts.
  • I am thinking of adding dairy into my diet can you help me?
  • Well I was thinking of adding more milk,yoghurt, cheese and their alternatives into my diet but i don't know anything about what they do for you and which ones i should eat. can you help me?
  • Yeah no problem Dean.
  • I hope after this Dean knows what dairy products he should consume.
  • Dean is now wondering what are the key nutrients within milk,yoghurt, cheese and their alternatives and Brad tells him that milk,yoghurt, cheese and their alternatives are full of essential goodness such as calcium etc.

  • Well milks, yoghurts, cheese and their alternatives are full of daily essentials and nutrients such as calcium, protein, iodine, vitamin A, Vitamin D, riboflavin, vitamin b12 and zinc.
  • What are the key essentials and nutrients within dairy products?
  • I never knew that by consuming dairy products I was strengthening my bones and growing.
  • Dean is now wondering what all of these nutrients due to this Brad tells him that these nutrients allow us to grow and strengthen our skeletal system due to the high levels of calcium within dairy products.
  • Wow I can't believe that by eating dairy my bones are strengthening!
  • These nutrients are highly responsible for supporting and strengthening our skeletal system due to the high levels of calcium within dairy products therefore allowing us to develop adequately.
  • Wow what do all of these nutrients do?
  • Dean asks Brad how much he should eat a day which Brad tells him that he should consume the standard 500-600KJ to provide him with his essential needs.

  • The suggested consumption rate is approximately 500-600KJ a day which provides you with the correct amount of your essential needs.
  • If Dean eats these food he will soon be very healthy.

  • Dean asks if there are any negative effects associated with consuming milk,yoghurt, cheese and their alternatives to which Brad says that you must make sure that you eat the standard amount as if you don't you may gain weigh, build up acid and even get osteoporosis!

  • You should always be sure to stay within the recommended consumption rate of 500-600KJ as if you don't you risk obtaining healthy issues such as acid build up, weight gain and osteoporosis.
