Storyboard Text

  • Washington's Presidency
  • French Revolution
  • We are here for king Louis the XVI. Lead him to us.
  • Just like the Americans did
  • We are here to stand up and fight to create a republican government.
  • Neutrality Proclation
  • Let us all remain neutral. For we will not take sides with any countries in Europe that were at war. We just got our freedom and it should stay that way until we rise.
  • Valerie Rey Period 5
  • Privateers
  • Will any of you kind men have the courage to be the privateers for the French so we could win the British in this terrible war.
  •
  • The citizens of France are tired of dealing with the king.
  •                                          Privateers
  • You know what for once George I agree with you.
  • I don't think is it a good idea for the French to use our ships as privateers.
  • George is telling everyone that we are going to stay neutral.
  • Jay's treaty
  • Now we will never have another war with the British.
  • Here Edmond Genet is asking some sailors if they would like to be privateers.
  • No our president said not to.
  • Right now George and Jefferson are agreeing that it is against U.S. neutrality Proclamation for the French to use privateers.
  • Now the U.S. and the British are signing the Jay's treaty so they could never have a war again.
