Blaming doesn't solve anything
This scene is when Charlie had killed Pete Van Horn because he thought it was the monster. This theme is fear and suspicions are destructive force. Pete Van Horn had just went to go check to see if their's power on the other streets. Everyone is so shocked that now they think that Charlie might be the one doing the strange things because he was so quick to kill Pete Van Horn. That maybe Pete Van Horn was just gonna tell them information about the power.
This scene is when Charlie runs into his house after being accused of doing the strange things. After, that they had throw a rock at Charlie glass window and then it had hit the light and was broken. The glass had hit Charlie and made him bleed. Now Charlie start's to blame.
This scene is when Charlie starts blaming Tommy that he has been doing the strange things. They think that because he was the one telling them the story about whoever is in the thing that came over and want's them to stay and not leave. Also that Tommy was saying that because it readied a story called ship landing from outer space.
