Hi, my name is Wendy the water droplet. I am here to today to show you the water cycle. First, I am in a body of water. With the help of the sun, I will become water vapor and go up into the sky. This stage is called Evaporation.
My friend Will the water droplet came frow the mountains. He also became water vapor and went up to the sky with the help of the sun. This stage is called Transpiration.
Hey, now I,m in the sky. I will become a cloud soon because of the air pressure. This stage in the water cycle is called Condensation.
The cloud had so many water droplets that it had to let some out. When this happens it is called Precipitation.
Now that I have landed back on earth I am on whats called a runoff. A runoff occurs when water falls off an area of land. For example, a waterfall is a runoff.
The runoff usually leads to a place like where the water droplet started. When a water droplet, goes back to a open area of water it is called Collection. After this the water cycle starts all over again. Thanks for listening to me. Have a "water"ful day!!
