Storyboard Text

  • After arriving at the middle of the forest, Odysseus' men find Circe's house and stumble upon many bewitched creatures. The animals did not hurt them, but the men were still terrified.
  • Umm, this is terrifying!
  • The men go through the gates of Circe's house and hear her sing beautifully. She invites them inside.
  • What beautiful singing!
  • Lalalalala lala lala
  • At her house, all the men feasted. The men didn't know that Circe has put something strange in the wine they drank. She then turned them to pigs.
  • Well, now I'll turn you into pigs!
  • Oink Oink
  • What have you done to him?
  • Odysseus went to Circe's house to release the magical spell from his men. There he met Hermes disguised as a young man. Hermes gave his a special plant, moly, to prevent the drugs in the wine to affect him.
  • Thank you
  • Here, take this moly and go save your men.
  • After Odysseus ate and drank at Circe's house, he asked her to turn his men back to their original forms and leave. Circe was quite surprised when the drugs did not work on Odysseus.
  • How come my potion didn't work on you?
  • Give me back my men!
  • Don't hurt me and I will turn them back to normal
