I'm tired! time for bed!
When we sleep our brains follow a pattern of REM (rapid eye movement) and NREM (non rapid eye movement). It's on a cycle that repeats about every 90 minutes.
Stage One: light sleeping Stage Two: actual sleep, body functions regular, and body temperature drops
Stage Three: deep sleep stage, its hard to wake someone up in this stage, this is when body grows Stage Four: delta waves occur in this time, in this stage is when sleep walking occurs and other phenomenon like it
Sleep is necessary for daily functions. When we sleep i when we gain our energy and helps our regular activities well. Sleep is associated with a good immune system and overall health
Because I sleep I can do everything i do in my regular life to my best abilities.I will spend 1/3 of my life sleeping to help me live the other 2/3 to my best capability. I am healthy (physically, mentally, and emotionally) and live a full life because I sleep.
