  • Depressants can be alcohol, valium, Xanax they are digested into the body they decrease brain cells activity and if abused can be life threatening.
  • Opioids are drugs like heroin, morphine, codeine, oxytocin . They are injected into the body and change the way nerve cells communicate with each other.
  • Stimulants are cocaine, caffeine, and nicatein. they are smoked or ingested and they cause heart to beat faster and blood pressure elevate.
  • Hallucinogens are lsd, pcp, mdma, and marijuana. they create a sense of euphoria its is smoked or injected decreased motivation, prolonged depression, anxiety, increased delusions, panic and psychosis.

  • The best way not to get addicted to drugs is to talk about it to your parents and if you are a are a parent than don't abuse drugs and talk to your child about the dangers of peer pressure.
