Storyboard Text

  • The video starts with a short introduction that presents what i'll be talking about for the video and the reason that i interviewed my mother for. I talk about how our childhoods were much more different compared to the childhood of my mother and how it could have changed if we didn't have access to the internet and electronics we have today then i ask the question, How were classes during your time?
  • As my mother answers the questions i then compare the different childhoods together also commenting on my mothers answers and talk about how different they are.
  • As my mother answers the question i put up images of objects that she mentions such as the black board.
  • Teachers used blackboards back then. Blackboards were wide, long, dark green writing boards set up in front of the classroom, facing the students.
  • I shall combine the answers for the questions for the 1st and second one using my editing knowledge to somehow shorten it as i only have 3 minutes to make the entire interview work so after we discuss school for maybe a minute i will move onto recreational activity.
  • While my mother speaks there will probably be images and videos over the actual video recording.
  • I now discuss how question 2 was formed while including videos of students doing homework to change the scenery as well as to keep the audience's attention as that is the necessity for any video.
  • All videos and images will be provided in a bibliography in the ending and credit scene of the video.
  • Moving on from the topic of school and necessary work i decide to ask about what recreational activity did they mostly spend their time on the most.
  • What were your recreational activities growing up?
  • As my mother answers the question with an answer filled with outdoor playing and almost no electronic work i then post images up of all the different things my mother is talking about and describing in her answer.
  • We mostly played outdoors with our friends. We did a lot of physical activities like running, climbing trees, playing tag, etc.
