  • Industrial Valley BU Marketing team conducts a Marketing Campaign for their prospective customers. People visit the campaign and interested prospects information is captured.
  • Property Search
  • Ahmed Gazzaly visits KAEC for starting a new venture in the city. He approaches the Industrial Valley Sales Team to inquire about the properties available with KAEC.
  • Intial Payment/Sales Order Generation
  • IV Sales Agent will capture basic Lead information such as Contact, Organization and then will create a lead and will check for an existing Contact and if not will create a new contact and associate against the lead.
  • IRR/Contract
  • Contract Generation
  • The Sales Agent then collects the property related information from Ahmed Gazzaly such as the area of the property required, Customer's preference of location of project along with other details such as estimated budget, product group etc.
  • Based on the customers interest the agemt will take the initial payment from the customer and reserve the property and correspondingly Sales Order will be generated of that customer.
  • The IRR and Contract will be generated for Ahmed Gazzaly as the final process.
