  • Throughout the novel, Curley's wife is constantly seeking out someone to talk to her. She felt isolated because of her husband. None of the man weren't talking to her for fear of getting in trouble
  • why won't none of y'all talk to me?
  • Lennie and Curley had a fight because Curley couldn't find his wife. Lennie broke Curley's hand because he couldn't take more from Curley and he squeezed his hand broke it.
  • Leggo his hand, Lennie. Leggo. Slim, come help me while the guy got any hand left.
  • Curley's wife took Lennie’s hand and put it on her head. However Lennie stroke it harder and made her cry she tried to stop him and yelled for help, but he shook her head to make her shut and broke her neck by accident
