  • Aristotle finds some birds to dissect their embryos.
  • Aristotle brings eggs that are at different stages of development home to dissect.
  • Turns out, the organs actually develop in order. We used to think that the organs were already there!
  • All living organisms belong to a hierarchy in which plants are at the bottom, animals are above them and humans are at the top.
  •  Plants possess a 'vegetative soul,' which confers the gift of reproduction and growth, and animals add a 'sensitive soul,' granting movement and senses. Only humans possess a 'rational soul,' gifting humanity with the ability to reason and reflect
  • I hope future generations will accept my ideas and learn from them. Zoology truly is an amazing unexplored topic.
