  • On September 17th, 1787, the U.S. constitution was written and established in the same place as the declaration was made and established as well.
  • The U.S constitution helped this country establish laws and made a government to help organize and make this a better country
  • The U.S. Constitution has helped this country become stronger and to not have the British run this country any longer.
  • The bill of rights are the very first 10 amendments written and they were written by James Madison in response to calls from several states for greater constitutional protection for individual liberties
  • The bill of rights also help the state governments learn what they can and can't do, it also implies to the national government. 200 years later there are now 27 amendments and could be more in the time coming
  • The United States is the strongest country in the world thanks to us having the Constitution help us guide our government into being a strong and healthy one.
