Storyboard Text

  • Media bias exists despite reporters jobs being to make a balanced story. There are six kinds and they all either leave out one side of the story or demean it.
  • The first kind is BIAS BY OMISSION. Bias by omission is when there is one side left out of an article or a series of articles are left out altogether. It is meant to ignore facts that could debunk a claim or argument.
  • The second is called BIAS BY SELECTION OF SOURCE. This is done when there are more sources from one side than the other. The reason they do this is to make it seem like everyone is on that side.
