I'm a trader leaving to trade goods to other villages and cities.
These are sewage pipes that go under people's homes, so they can have water for indoor plumbing. Ancient India invented indoor plumbing so you could use indoor toilets.
This trader is leaving Mohenjo-Daro to trade goods with villages in Harappa.
This is a brahmin priest in the temple holding the holy text, known as the Vedas. The Vedas is written in Sanskrit. They are polytheistic (believes in many gods).
These are the monsoons (summer and winter). Summer monsoons brings moisture and heavy rainfalls. Winter monsoons are cool and dry.
Between 6500 and 3000 BCE, people established the first permanent farming settlements in the Indus River Valley. Unlike settlers of ancient Mesopotamia they did not depend entirely on irrigation.
Artisans such as weaves, potters, and metalworkers are some specialized jobs.
