Storyboard Text

  • Once upon a civilized time, there were lady bugs, blue ravens, and grass. This was in North Caminalla were ecosystems were almost never unstable!
  • Now let's zoom out. The blue ravens (the predators) are eating the lady bugs and the lady bugs (the prey and Predictors) are eating the grass (the producers). It was a beautiful and perfect ecosystem. This ecosystem was called the Loyal And Royal tribe. The birds and bugs were both consuming food. The were consumers!
  • This is at 100 ticks Blue Ravens - 30 Bugs - 790 Grass - 47
  • But one day while the birds and bugs were going through their daily routine a huge fire started from the north of their feeding area. The fire spread and spread and soon almost all the grass was gone.
  • The lady bugs started to die out. It was a disaster. Then suddenly a storm of mice rushed in, eating every last piece of grass and quickly killing each bug.... They were competing against each other, who could survive longer? Soon only the Blue ravens and mice were left, not even the grass had time to reproduce. The blue ravens loved the sweet taste of the mice. They hadn't tasted anything like it before. It was hevan but not for long...
  • 250 ticks Blue Ravens - 161 Bugs -  4 Grass -  0 Invasive Species - 425
  • With out grass the mice had nothing to survive on. The blue ravens had a smaller and smaller amount of food each day and soon they started dying out too. The fires had gone away, and there was a sudden peace and quiet in the area.
  • 500 ticks Blue Ravens - 3 Bugs - 0 Grass - 4 Invasive Species - 0
  • The lady bugs and Blue ravens were all dead, even the mice. But one thing survived, the grass. In the time period when nothing was eating the grass it grew, and soon it was healthy again.
