  • Thou wretched boy that didst consort him here / Shalt him hence
  • Scene 2
  • Tybalt is gone and Romeo Banished / Romeo that killed him - he is banished
  • Scene 3
  • A pack of blessings light upon thy back; / Happiness courts thee in her best array; / But, like a misbehaved and sullen wench, / Thou pouts upon thy fortune and thy love.
  • Physical conflict begins as a confrontation between Mercutio and Tybalt results in death. In revenge, Romeo comes and strikes down Tybalt. Justice swiftly comes from the Prince announcing Romeo banished from Verona for good!
  • Scene 4
  • O' Thursday let it be. -O' Thursday, tell her, / She shall be married to this noble earl.-
  • Juliet receives news of the conflict through the Nurse. There was initial confusion due to the Nurse's lack of clarity as to who the events were happening to. However after straightened out, Juliet decided that she would still try to save the marriage.
  • Scene 5
  • Hang thee, young baggage, disobedient wretch!
  • Romeo hears news of his banishment and reacts in his whiny, myopic style. While this happens, Friar Lawrence convinces him not to take his own life. Later, the nurse comes in to say that Juliet has hope to fix their situation rejuvenating Romeo's will to live.
  • Juliet's mom think she is still sad over Tybalt's death while Paris is over. Paris not wanting to be invasive insists he leaves. Juliet's dad, sympathetic, decides to rush and force a marriage to Paris on Juliet using his father authority to help Paris and Juliet.
  • Upon the morning, her parents bring her the news of Paris marrying her soon. She replies with a smart ass refusal, and her dad just flips out. Then the Nurse agrees she should just marry Paris. Suddenly Juliet is pissed at everyone for disagreeing with her.
