  • Harvey taught a new generation of med scholars his theory on the human body blood because he believed that Galen's theory's had been incorrect. Then no one besides his scholars believed him and he was basically against everyone else. It was until death his work got appreciated through Europe and then later through the world.
  • JOHANNES KEPLER
  • Is Copernicus's theory right or wrong?
  • From the question that Newton asked himself, Newton made the theory of gravity. He said that gravity was an invisible force that can pull objects towards Earth like that apple to keep the planets moving around our Sun. From then he called a new discovery of his, three laws of motion that we still use today.

  • Bacon was philosopher that was mainly known for creating the scientific method. First you make the hypothesis then to the experiment and the results with lastly an conclusion. The scientific method is actually used by myself and many others by this day.

  • The barometer is used to check the weather that is occurring.
  • Kepler then enlargers on the topic of Copernicus's theory. With this, Kepler than figured out that planets were ovals and not circles which then lead to him writing mathematical laws about the planets movements around the Sun. If the planets were oval and not circle, Copernicus theory was proof that he was right which then changed the view of people of Earth.
  • Microscope were invented in the late 1500s to zoom in on small objects to it bigger and more clearer. Then later in the mid 1600s, Dutchman Antonie van Leeuwenhoek created his new type of a microscope. He actually was the first one to ever see any backteria.
  • During sometime in the 1640s, Evangelista Torricelli invented the barometer. The barometer is to measure the changes in our atmosphere. what Torricelli did was fill a glass tube up with mercury and then he flip the tube upside down and watched.
