Heath Food Pyramid; Nutrition
By yaa, Updated
Two friends coincidentally meet at the grocery store. While walking in the produce aisle Sally tells Becky about how she eats a healthy and balanced diet so that she wouldn't have to do any physical activity. Becky clears up Sally's misconception by explaining how the healthier you eat the less you'll have to exercise, but it doesn't matter how healthy you eat, as long as you are eating food, you still have to work it off through some form of physical activity.
Hi Becky, yeah I'm coming, hold the door for me please.
Hey Sally, are you coming grocery shopping too?
I stay in the produce aisles when shopping, so that I won't need to work out later on in the week. Ever since I had Ashley, I just haven't had enough time for myself.
Its good that you have a healthy and balanced diet, but you still need to exercise, maybe not as much as someone who don't have a balanced diet, but you still need to exercise.
Oh, really? So is that why they added the stairs to the side of the food pyramid?
Exactly!I just recently learned about that myself.
