You wouldn't believe what just happened to me in school! Just look for yourself..
She replied that it would be "illegal" for a public school.
So it started off with me asking the principle if I could start a after-school Christian club
So I challenged my principles decision, and it ended up in court.
But the thing is: When my lawsuit went to court, the court case become centered around the decision if the Equal Access Act was constitutional
The majority of the Supreme Court ruled in favor of me and stated that students should be allowed to discuss religion after school as long as it didn't amount to state sponsorship of religion.
Although the court ruled in favor of me, I understand why some dissenters believed that religious clubs would cause trouble in terms of active involvement and sponsorships
