  • You need to leave. You woke me from my nap

  • One boring and dull midnight I sat in my chair half asleep, then I heard a light knock on my door.
  • Falling Action
  • I couldn't stand it anymore; I asked the person at the door for my forgiveness. I was half asleep then it cam tapping on my chamber door. I opened the door, and there was only darkness.
  • Resolution
  • I asked the raven if I would ever see Lenore again. It replied, "Nevermore." I was infuriated! I screamed at it, threw stuff at it, swore towards it. I asked if there was balm in Gilead. It replied, "Nevermore"
  • Onomatopoeia
  • It was still sitting on top of my chamber door. It was like the bird was taunting me. I raised my voice once again, "Get off my door!" It replied, "Nevermore."
  • The raven, still sitting on my chamber door. Its eyes, staring right at me, looked like the eyes of a demon. My shadow floating on the floor shall be lifted- Nevermore!
