Exposition - The narrator is introduced he wishes to prove his sanity to the reader despite having killed a man over a vulture eye
Conflict - That eye is really getting the narrator impatient. he does not like how it looks and twitches and when ever he closes his eyes he sees the old man eye.
Rising action - Narrator is getting tired of staring at his eye everytime he tries to sleep and begins to act insane and feels like ending his life.
Climax - The narrator kills old man but still he doesn't feel like he is doing anything wrong or insane. The narrator likes the old man but not his eye. Thats his excuse for killing a innocent old man.
Falling action - Narrator drags the old mans body all the way to the bathroom so the cops don't find out that he is dead when they arrive.
Resolution - The cops come in and arrest him. He also still tries to convince the reader that he is sane.
