Parable of the Prodigal Son
There was a man who had two sons. One son asked for his share of the estate, so his father divided his property between them.
Father, give me my share of the estate.
Ok my son.
Not long after, he set off for another country where he squandered his wealth in wild living.
After he had spent all he had, there was a famine in the country. He started working for a citizen by feeding his pigs, but was so hungry HE wanted the pig's food.
I wish I could eat this..
Go feed my pigs.
He realized his father's servants get more food than him, so he left to work there. Once he got there his father instead dressed him up and threw a feast.
Get the calf and kill it, we shall feast! This son of mine was dead and is alive again!
