The Bill of Rights
These Rights will be on our constitution for the people and by the people to recognize their individual rights of freedom of speech and their beliefs.
This rebellion is a group of farmers who were war veterans, angered for not having money to pay for their taxes. These war veterans weren't paid at this time from congress being indebt to other countries who support them in the war. Massachusetts threatened them that if they can't pay their taxes, they would be forced to take their land.
The Constitution is the result of a stronger government being established. A convention was held in Philadelphia in 1787 to discuss the matter at hand. This was developed and ratified by the states.
The Bill of Rights is a add on to the constitution to introduce to all the states. These rights were to the people for personal and public rights to be aware. These rights also made the three branches to be limited and the government to not take away their rights from overpower of the president and the House of Representatives.
