Hello, it's your host, and I am coming at you with the daily news. I am here in the North where industry and cities have taken over daily life.
Here in the factories, immigrants are the majority of the workforce, not slaves. Here, they are producing farm equipment, guns, steel, and iron.
As you can also see here, the North controls almost all of the railroads in the United States. This allows for easy trade. However, farm goods is not transported because the climate is too cool and the soil is not as fertile.
Now, here in the South, the climate here is warm and the soil is very fertile. The South's economy is relying heavily on the production of cotton. There is also bearely any industry here in the South.
The South relies very heavily on slave labor and there are barely any immigrants because seven out of eight live in the North. Also, roughly 4,000,000 slaves here in the South.
Here in the South, people are not very educated because they grow up learning how to run the farm or plantation. However, there is a very small chunk that educated.
I don't know how to do math.
