  • "Not all traditions are trustworthy " This scene represent the theme because it say its not worth dieing over a lottery
  • The boys playing with the rocks. I chose this foreshadow,because in the story when they where playing with the rock we didn't know that someone was going to get stoned to death at the end of the story.
  • Mrs. Hutchinson showing up late to the event
  • I chose this foreshadow, because it kinda shows that she really didn't want to go or she know what was going to happen and it could possibly happen to her.
  • The importance to this symbol is that it is a tradition to the lottery event. you can say that ,because in the story it tells us how old it is and how it is literally falling apart.
  • Mrs.Hutchinson was stoned the death
