  • The cook tells everyone what he is cooking
  • Yeah, i've got chicken, beef, fish and bacon, im sure you'll get your protein hit for the day
  • Ooooh i eat fish quite a lot
  • Hey Dave, wow you've got a lot of meat cooking
  • From this conversation we get to know how meat and beans are different but provide the same nutritional value
  • Speaking of meat, did you know that a wide variety of meats contain iodine, iron, zinc, vitamins and essentials fat acids
  • Did you know that legumes, beans, tofu and eggs are in the same food group and provide the same nutrients
  • The teenager then emphasises the importance of fish and how it reduces the risk of demeture
  • These foods are high in protein and eating fish more than once a week reduces the risk of getting dementure
  • wow i didn't know that
  • And thats why i eat lots of lean meat so i can build muscle, healthy organs, bodily fluids
  • They then discuss the different benefits of lean meats
  • The iron and zinc found in these foods is easily absorbed by our bodies and have fewer calories than non-lean meats making it an efficient way of maintaining weight
  • These two however discuss some of the negative attributes to eating lean meats
  • Yes, whilst we both love lean meat however if we eat too much meat theres an increased risk of getting colorectal cancer and renal cancer
  • As well as that, eating too much lean meat also attributes to gaining too much weight , it can also increase osteoporosis because of the excessive protein
  • The cook then discusses how much lean meat a day we should eat
  • 1-3 serves of lean meat a day is more than enough to eat. This could include lean meat, poultry, fish, eggs, nuts and seeds and beans and legumes
  • I eat a lot more than 1-3 serves of lean meat, i should watch what i eat
