I changed two things in the story, although they are not big changes I think they impact how the story would have turned out. The first thing that I changed was that the boy was the one who wanted to open the box. The reason that I changed it was that I think that it would have impacted the way that the story played out. The second thing that I changed was that the girl died in a car accident. This is not a large change but it is a change that makes the story different and that is what matters.
