I think you are right..I heard it in new this morning.... but what are the examples of rules and regulation that are you saying?
it is because our President Rodrigo Duterte just put the lockdown today here in Luzon... soon many police and barangay officials will arrest those who will violate rules and regulation.. 
Now that you know kids... You also tell and inform all your friends in your hometown therefore we save them.
Example of the rules and regulations to prevent the transmission of COVID 19 is social distancing wearing a facemask kids like you should not be outside....
Also we should be aware to the possible consequences if we violate these rules.

We can use our social  media by sharing news about COVID 19 therefore  our friends can see it to aware them.
