Okay Brian lets start. Tell me about about yourself. Whats you educational background, and what are your strengths and weaknesses?
I've finished high school and graduated from college with a bachelors degree in graphic design
How familiar are you with program x and software z?
I'm very good with independent work, but I have trouble working in groups sometimes.
I see. one final question, what was you best project you worked on at you former job?
I am very familiar with those programs and use them regularly.
My most interesting project was when we had to design a website for a video game, it was fun and a great experience to work with the gaming company.
