Mufaros Beautiful Daughters

There were two sisters named Manyara and Nyasha. Nyasha was kind and generous while Manyara was rude and harsh. One day a guard came and told them that the king wanted a wife. They were both determined to marry the king. Manyara was so determined to be the queen she decided to sneak out and get to the city before Nyasha.
When Manyara went out, she saw a young boy aksing for food. She refused to give him food and went on her way. Then she saw an old woman telling her not to laugh at the tree but Manyara ignored her and laughed at the trees.
The wedding party went out on their way to the castle. Nyasha saw a little boy and gave him some food. Then she saw an old lady and gave her a pack of sunflower seeds. When she reached the castle Manyara was there and told her not to enter because there was a 5 headed snake. When she entered she saw her snake friend. The snake transformed into the king. The king revealed that he was the snake,little boy and the old woman. He chose Nyasha as the Queen and they got married. The end.
