- Gender Equality means people are not discriminated against in terms of gender when it comes to any opportunities. All genders can have any career, lifestyle, abilities and oppurtinies as any other gender without discrimination.

- Unfortunately, we face gender inequality every day. In this instance, you may automatically assume the man is the boss, and she is his employee. Why can't she be the owner coming to check up on her employees? Not only are women seen as less, they are paid less too!

- How do we do that?
- Emma Watson, an actor and a UN Goodwill Ambassador, states, "I am a feminist, but I am not a man-hater. I am not here to make anyone feel uncomfortable.” Being a feminist isn't anti-men; it is just supporting the idea that women have been oppressed and deserve equal rights and opportunities to men. This in no way takes anything away from men.
