In this scene, Gatsby is clearly the one winning Daisy over. It is stated explicitly that Daisy immediately kisses Gatsby passionately as soon as Tom leaves the room.

In this scene, it seems as though Gatsby is yet again the one winning Daisy over in the situation. He is completely coming at Tom aggressively and saying some extremely cruel things

"They weren't happy, and neither of them had touched the chicken or the ale-and yet they weren't unhappy either. There was an unmistakable air of natural intimacy about the picture, and anybody would have said they were conspiring together."
In this scene, it can likely be inferred that Tom is the one winning Daisy over in this situation. Daisy is back home, where she is supposed to be, in the company of Tom. It is known that neither are overly happy, but they are definitely content in one another's presence.
