The East India Company wanted silk, tea and spices from the India's. The East India company was made up of investors from Britain which are on the right. The Indians are on the left side.

The Indian Mutiny or Sepoy mutiny was where Indian soldiers fought against British officers.The Indian Mutiny consist of Muslims and Hindu soldiers so biting off the end of the cartridges violated the religious sentiments since they were either soaked in pig or cow fat.

Mahatma Gandhi was considered the father of India and was given the nickname Mahatma meaning great soul. In 1947 Mahatma Gandhi finally helped India gain independence. Shortly after in 1948 he was shot and killed by Nathuram Godse which is the scene I selected.
