- 2. Grendal is the monster who has tortured danes for the past 12 years, He is against god and everything he does. he has killed 30 men while they were asleep.

- 3. far off home Beowulf strongest of the geats heard how Grendel brought fear and horror to Danes. He offered his help to the king.
- the evil monster is taking over danes there must be somebody who can help!
- i can be that person who can defeat grendal, i must go oversea and offer my help to the king
- 4. Beowulf and his mans sailed over the sea to the land of danes to offer help to hrothgar

- 5. After the banquet, Hrothgar and his warriors left herot , and Beowulf and his followers remained to stay the night at herot so grendal can appear.Beowulf's intention was to fight Grendel without a weapon.
- i can't wait for grendal to appear so i can fight him with no weapons.

- 6. coming out of the marsh came Grendel, he moved quickly throughout the cloudy night. attacking everyone who was in his way.

- 7. Grendel clutched at Beowulf, Grendel's mind flooded with fears. Grendel one thought was to run away and to hide in his marsh

- 8. As Grendel and Beowulf battled through the halls suddenly everything changed, in the darkness, you hear horrible shreaks of pain

- 9. the battle was over Beowulf had been granted glory while Grendel escaped but was wounded as he flee to his dark horrible marsh. Grendel was left to die

- 10.Grendal went home bleeding, leaving tracks in his marsh. his mom apeared and try to help as much as she could but it was to late...
- 11. Grendel's mother emerges from the murky, horrible lake, seeking revenge for the lost of her son.
- with no weapons i have defeated the monster who has been tourturing danes and all its people
- 12. Grendel's mother dashes through the halls with grief and anger ready to fight anyone who was in her way, she kills Hrothgar's close friend.

- 13. Hrothgar was devastated, and he sends Beowulf to get revenge for what she has done to his friends
- my dearest friend..what have she done. beowulf you must go after her.
- i must go to her horrible murky lake, not even deer dares to hide there.
- 14. Beowulf accepts the challenge and goes to find Grendel's mother in the scariest lake anyone has ever known. Beowulf was the only that could help if wins the battle he is rewarded with gold.
- this must be the enterance to the horrible lake of grendal monthers

- 15. Beowulf leaps into the lake for hours he sank to the bottom of the lake Grendel mother welcomes beowulf with an attack
- you must pay for what you guys have done to my son.

- 16. during the battle the sword failed Beowulf it wouldn't cut through the tough skin of Grendel's mother, she bite into his helmet leaving him helpless for awile.
- i got you now, look at you struggling not even youre weapons can help you.
- 17. full of anger Beowulf set aside his sword, raised his arm, and seized her by the shoulder, while fighting Beowulf see a heavy sword that was hammered by the giants and was blessed by their magic...
- 18. defeating Grendel mom gave Beowulf glory and rewarded with more gold, he took both heads as a reminder of his strength and breavey
- more gold for me, more monster to defeat ahead...
- my sword has failed i must set aside and defeat her with my own bare hands
