Dinner is almost ready make sure to come down soon.
( 3rd person omniscient)As he ran down the track Zach silently wished that he could get ahead of him. While Caden confidently ran knowing he would win this race.

(3rd person objective)As John ran down the court he had major worry in his eyes knowing there was only a few seconds left.
