- This paired with the governments desire to funnel alcohol production funds elsewhere, led to the passing of the 18th amendment, despite my veto. This began prohibition
- I am FDR, I am who repealed the 18th Amendment. In my proclamation I placed my trust in the American people to not let the relegalization of alcohol taint their health, integrity, and morals
