Attachment: The mom plays with child every day and is there for him when he needs, creating a secure attachment. The child chooses to interact with the mom and is upset when she leaves, but is soothed by her return
Parenting: The father has an authoritative parenting style. He believes that whatever he says goes, and that his son should be punished. The mother wants to reason with the father and has empathy for her son, showing more authoritarian alternative.
