- Hi everyone! Today, I’m going to demonstrate how to properly postureyourself as a typist and where hands need to be at. This is called having goodposture and using the home row keys.

- “Alright class, let’s go ahead and start talking about posture. Posture is the way you sit when you are in use of a computer.”If you notice I am sitting tall in my chair. My back is parallel to the backrest and both feet flat on the floor. My eyes are focused on the screen and nothing else.

- Make sure your:✅ Back is straight✅ Feet are flat✅ Eyes are on screenThis is the correct posture using home row keys.

- Relax your hands and stretch fingers for a warmup.Put your hands on the home row keys.Wiggle your fingers! Great.
