PHDPE Assessment

My PDHPE class literally grossed me out, during puberty your pores on your skin get blocked with oil, dead skin or bacteria it cause these weird bumps on your face

Acne, the new 'disease'. I seriously can't believe she started it. Too gross
Carissa I heard of girls bullying you earlier due to your acne, acne is a natural part of life and you understanding them is important. Puberty is one of those reasons, and can show that you need to properly take care of your skin.
For example washing your face regularly and skincare products. Acne has many 'forms' where it could fill with oil/sweat or dead skin. Then we can easily stop the issue
