Hello everyone.Today l'm going to talk about how to make dishes in my country and tell you which city each dish belongs to
I'll do some research because l want to daescribe the most famous dish.
What are the most famous dishes in Türkiye? The most famous dishesin Türkiye are:kebab ,mantı(Turkish dumplings),baklava, yaprak sarması and lahmacun(Turkish pizza).
Hmm I chose two dishes: mantı and lahmacun.

Mantı is traditional Turkish dish originating from Central Asia,particularly popularized in Kayseri.ıt is prapared by fılling thin dough with minced meat,boiling it ,and then serving it topped with garlic yogurt and hot butter.ıt tastes delicious and is one of my favorite dishes.;)

Lahmacun is traditional dish famaus in Antep and Urfa, made by spreading a minced meat and vegetable mixture on thin dough and baking it in a stone oven .Also known as "Turkish pizza" it is typically served with lemon and parsley.;)
