Apollo and his shadow

One Day Apollo was bragging to himself about how he was the best charioteer in the world.
Apollo's shadow heard all his boasting one day and decided to challenge him to a chariot race with the reward of a wish granted by the loser..
The race was neck and neck ,but as the day got shorter the shadow was in front of Apollo
When the two were racing it created the worlds first Solar Eclipse.
The god and the shadow met back at the temple where the shadow collected his wish.
The shadow wished to ride next to Apollo to make it look like a shadow was over the sun to remind him not to be so prideful.
