I've been good for the most part, but lastly the doubt gremlins have been getting to me about my skills in band, I feel like I'm not good enough.

since we have walked a little I just want to tell you that those doubt gremlins are only there to make you feel bad about yourself.
Wow Not, i never knew they could do that but i will take your advice and when they come bac i will smash them into little bits!!
I've seen you in band and your actually really good, maybe it's that you get flustered and confused.
You really are a good friend and thank you for this advice you've really helped me.
they are go getters. they try to make you doubt yourself but you shouldn't let them.

Every time I think, those gremlins aren't there anymore. maybe I've actually learned that i shouldn't doubt myself and I'm able to do anything I'm determined to do !!😁
