Importance of Section 3 ,Trust Rad/Pact

The TRUST uses all public money for the upgrade/repairs. The PACT/RAD use private funding. Besides receiving upgrades they promise jobs as well to the people of the community.
I know your confused about the vote between the TRUST and PACT. You asked how will each benefit us and create careers not just a temp job.
Oh, so like if we choose the TRUST and the companies that come to do the rehab work are union , We can join the union so once the job is done we can still work at the prevailing wage with the union.

Definitely a better understanding on this vote and the benefits besides the upgraded homes. You're right we must hold them to their words. A career is much better than a job. Because after the work is done I still will be gainfully employed
Correct, However we must be carful with the PACT/RAD because a private company can do the rehab and it won't be prevailing wages. most cases its minimum wage.
