Good question! But i have not enough place here so please follow my word document for that long trip.

I prefer to adapt myself to my target team rather than having one style. But for some important things, I do prefer offline interactions because i believe that is how we create bonds.
And i expect everyone to respect me as much as i respect them, their time and their values. I create safe space for everyone so there will be mutual understanding.
